These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BookMyEvents, a mobile venue management platform developed and operated by Bharath Plantation. By downloading, installing, or using the BookMyEvents application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
1. Scope of License
Subject to payment of the applicable software fee and compliance with these Terms, Bharath Plantation grants venue operators — including operators of convention halls, banquet halls, marriage lawns, and party grounds — a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the BookMyEvents mobile application for:
- Venue scheduling and real-time booking calendar management.
- Customer balance tracking and advance payment recording.
- Automated invoice generation and WhatsApp-based client communication.
- Revenue analytics and occupancy reporting for internal venue management.
This license is granted solely for internal business operations of the licensed venue. It may not be sublicensed, transferred, resold, or used to operate a competing venue management service.
2. Software Fee & Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC)
Access to BookMyEvents is provided under the following commercial terms:
- One-Time Software License Fee: A one-time software access fee is applicable per venue operator. The introductory launch pricing is ₹5,000 (available to the first 100 clients). Standard pricing may apply thereafter. The software license fee is non-refundable once the application is activated.
- Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC): Ongoing access to cloud server synchronization, encrypted MongoDB database backups, WhatsApp integration updates, and technical support requires an active AMC of ₹2,000 per year, payable annually from the date of license activation.
Failure to renew the AMC on time may result in suspension of cloud sync and backup services. Bharath Plantation will provide reasonable notice prior to AMC expiry.
3. User Responsibilities
Venue owners and operators using BookMyEvents are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring the accuracy of all customer entries, including client names, contact numbers, event details, and guest counts.
- Correctly entering negotiated rental charges, additional service fees, and applicable taxes. BookMyEvents provides an invoicing tool; it does not independently calculate or verify tax obligations.
- Accurately recording all offline cash and UPI payments within the application. The platform reflects only the data entered by the operator.
- Obtaining any necessary consent from clients before sending WhatsApp communications on their behalf.
- Maintaining the security of their account credentials and preventing unauthorized access.
4. Third-Party Services
BookMyEvents integrates with third-party communication services to enable features such as automated WhatsApp reminders and PDF invoice dispatch. By using these features, you acknowledge that:
- These integrations rely on external service network protocols that are outside the direct control of Bharath Plantation.
- Operators must ensure their use of WhatsApp communication features complies with applicable communication guidelines and WhatsApp Business policies.
- Bharath Plantation is not liable for interruptions to third-party services or changes in third-party service terms that may affect feature availability.
5. Limitation of Liability
BookMyEvents is provided as an operational assistance tool. Bharath Plantation expressly disclaims liability for:
- Disputes between venue operators and their event clients, including disagreements over rental charges, service quality, or event outcomes.
- Client cancellations or losses arising from bookings that are cancelled, rescheduled, or disputed by clients.
- Financial losses resulting from inaccurate data entry by the venue operator, or from reliance on the platform's analytics for business decisions.
- Losses arising from interruptions to third-party services (including WhatsApp or cloud providers) that are beyond Bharath Plantation's control.
In no event shall Bharath Plantation's aggregate liability exceed the total fees paid by the venue operator in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
6. Termination & Suspension
Bharath Plantation reserves the right to suspend or terminate a venue operator's license and cloud server access under the following circumstances:
- AMC renewal obligations remain overdue by more than 30 days following the renewal due date, after reasonable notice has been provided.
- The platform is used in a manner that violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party service policies.
- The account is used to facilitate fraudulent activity or unauthorized access to the platform.
Upon termination, the venue operator's access to cloud-synchronized data will cease. Locally cached data on the device may remain accessible until the device application is uninstalled.
7. Intellectual Property
The BookMyEvents application, including its design, code, features, and brand identity, is the exclusive intellectual property of Bharath Plantation. No part of the application may be copied, modified, reverse-engineered, or redistributed without prior written consent from Bharath Plantation.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

10. Amendments
Bharath Plantation reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be communicated through the application. Continued use of BookMyEvents after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are effective as of September 2026 and govern all use of the BookMyEvents mobile application developed by Bharath Plantation.
